If you have a burning question about me, feel free to send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Why do you like cats so much?
— Cats are soft and furry. And they purr. According to science, cats purr at 25Hz, give or take, and that frequency promotes healing in both humans and cats alike. They’re also rumored to be very independent, are known to cook and clean, and get good paying jobs. (HAHAHA! Not really.)
What is your favorite ice cream?
— Anything peanut butter and chocolate. My particular favorite would be Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter. It is soooo goood.
Why in the blue blazes have you decided to expose your poor, defenseless book to the masses?
— I ask myself this question every day while I breathe into a paper bag and drink bourbon to keep the panic at bay. Sometimes you just have to let it go and see what happens.
Why did you write a book that has airships in it?
— Because I wanted to write about something that would be very difficult to market.
Do you ever give a serious answer to anything?
— Not usually. Unless asked about ice cream. I’m serious about that.
Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
— I’m an introverted extrovert. Or an extroverted introvert. My doctor hasn’t come up with a diagnosis just yet.
What … is your favorite color?
— Blue! No, green! Aaaaaaaagh….. (Yes, I totally swiped that answer from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, one of the greatest movies ever made. Other favorites include Blazing Saddles, Star Trek: Into Darkness, and Miss Congeniality.)
Favorite Dr. Who episode?
—Vincent and the Doctor. No contest. That episode gets me in the feels every time. Every. Single. Time. When they take Vincent to the museum to see his work and how celebrated he is… just… instant waterworks. In fact, I’m typing this out and on the edge of blubbering all over the keyboard. Anyone have a tissue?
